Faculty created a simulation boot camp to orient novice nurse educators to simulation. Faculty complete a full-day of didactic class sessions, role play, stations for operation of the manikin, moulage and simulation activities. This podcast with Dr. Janice Palmer shares the simulation preparation model that could be replicated in other nursing education programs.
